How do you price a session?
Pricing depends on shoot duration, locations and lighting complexity, hair and makeup, number of outfits, and retouching level. We offer half-day/full-day packages and custom quotes. A formal quotation will be issued after confirming your requirements.
What should I prepare before the shoot?
We recommend preparing your objectives and moodboard, outfits and accessories, hair/makeup arrangements, and a must-have shot list. We can also advise on styling and colour coordination.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Yes. We can arrange professional HMUA; fees vary by number of looks and schedule. You’re also welcome to bring your own stylist.
How long does a session take? How many outfits?
Typically 1.5–3 hours for 1–2 looks; a half day can cover 3–4 looks, depending on locations and styling changes. We plan poses and lighting in advance to maximise efficiency.
How many photos are delivered? What retouching is included?
All curated images receive basic colour grading (white balance, exposure, contrast, composition tweaks, dust removal). Advanced portrait retouching is provided per selected image (skin refinement, subtle liquify, blemish and distraction removal, etc.).
What’s the turnaround time? Do you offer rush delivery?
Basic edits typically take 3–7 business days. Advanced retouching depends on quantity and complexity. Rush services are available at an additional fee.
What delivery formats do you provide? Do you deliver RAWs?
We deliver high-resolution JPEGs (sRGB) and web-optimised files for social/media. RAW files are not included by default; special requests can be discussed case by case.
Do you shoot on location or at client offices?
Yes. We offer on-location and on-site sessions, planning gear and lighting based on venue and natural light. Some locations may require permits or rental fees.
Can I reschedule due to weather or illness?
Rescheduling is possible in case of weather or unexpected circumstances. Any incurred costs (e.g., venue or HMUA bookings) follow the vendor’s policy. Please notify us as early as possible.
Will you coach posing and expressions?
Absolutely. We offer on-set guidance tailored to your face shape and body posture, and adjust lighting and angles in real time so you look natural and confident.
